Austrian Development Policy and COOPERATION

Documentation and analysis of facts, figures, and trends in public and private development cooperation and financing for development has been one of ÖFSE's major work focuses since 1984. Since then, the Austrian Development Policy and Cooperation section has maintained comprehensive documentation on all development cooperation projects and the relevant players as well as implementing institutions in Austria.

The projects in the field of Austrian development cooperation are documented in the projects database at "eza.at", where the basic data of public and private development cooperation projects (over EUR 10,000) are recorded. In addition, all financial flows from Austria are published at eza.at as well as in the brochure “Austrian Development Policy: Analyses, Information" (Österreichische Entwicklungspolitik: Analysen, Informationen).

Documentation on the players of Austrian development cooperation and policy is made available to the public through the institutions database.

In addition, the brochure “Austrian Development Policy: Analyses, Information" has been issued each year in autumn since 1985. It contains an up-to-date overview of financial flows from Austria and each issue focuses on a current work topic of the Science & Research section.
