OVERVIEW

Preparing studies, analyses, whitepapers, and topic-focused documents regarding the priority issues of its work is one part of the activities of the Science & Research section of ÖFSE.

Austrian Development Policy – Analyses, Information - provides an overview of all Austrian development financial flows. The bilateral aid programms and projects of the Federal Ministry for European and International Affairs are regularly published after the summer, whereas at the end of the year, an overview of the entire public and private development cooperation as well as the financial flows reported to the OECD is published.

In the publication Austrian Development Cooperation ÖFSE deals with several areas of development policy and development cooperation. ÖFSE's objective is to review development policy measures and their history as well as current developments.

Working papers are prepared on the current priority issues of the Science & Research section. They deal with the current key issuses in the international debate.

Briefing papers are also prepared on the priority issues of the Science & Research section. They contain brief, well-founded assessments and analyses of specific current events.

Data on the priority and partner countries of the Austrian Development Cooperation are available under country information.

In the ÖFSE EDITION series studies of Austrian researchers and results of development policy conferences and meetings on current development policy-related issues are published.

The ÖFSE FORUM series offers students and university graduates the opportunity to publish papers of relevance under development policy aspects.

Besides the publication series ÖFSE provides detailed documents relating to workshops, conferences and meetings organized by ÖFSE.
