Conference programme

Conference programme

The conference aims at bringing stakeholders from academia, civil society and politics together to discuss analysis and visions on the future of trade and international economic cooperation. In a variety of formats, the different stakeholders will receive the opportunity to present and discuss papers, to debate current developments and to network. The programme will combine three formats: (i) 2-3 plenary sessions with 2-3 invited speakers on topics of more general interest; (ii) 4-5 parallel workshop tracks devoted to particular issues and arranged in content-oriented tracks, which will be based on presentations of accepted papers. The format of all sessions will allow ample room for in-depth discussion between participants.  (iii) On the evening before the conference, a public opening event featuring 2-3 prominent speakers will be directed towards the general public and representatives of the media.
