Lukas Schlögl is a social scientist specialising in development policy, development financing and technological change and development. He has been a research associate at ÖFSE since August 2022 and is also a senior research fellow and lecturer at the Institute of Political Science at the University of Vienna. His recent research contributions have dealt with topics of development finance and policy; robotisation in developing countries; digital policy in Southeast Asia; the relationship between (de)industrialisation and democracy; and global technology policy discourses.
