Michael Obrovsky studied communication sciences and has been a researcher at ÖFSE since 1984. His work focuses on issues of Austrian and international development policy, development cooperation and development financing. He has been lecturing at the University of Vienna and at the Danube University Krems since 2011 and is a member of various committees of national and international development institutions.
