Keynote: Malin Frankenhaeuser (International Centre for Migration Policy Development - ICMPD) Comments: Petra Dannecker (Department of Development Studies, Univ. Vienna) and Ilker Ataç  (Department of Political Science, University of Vienna and VIDC)

The relationship between migration and development has recently become a topic of immediate relevance. The event will give an overview of the approaches of various European countries toward migration in their development policies and discuss lessons as well as challenges for Austrian development cooperation policies.
